2019.02 Singapore Medical Group Limited

SMG is one of the biggest medical groups in Singapore with over 40 clinics in three Southeast Asian countries. Cha Medical Group has completed the foundation of the Pacific Rim Medical Network, which operates hospitals and clinics in seven countries including U.S.A, Japan, Australia, Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam by becoming the largest shareholder of SMG. Cha Medical Group plans to introduce digital healthcare and biotechnology to SMG to proactively respond to the ever-changing medical market.

2018.01 City Fertility Center

CFC is a mega infertility center in Australia that has seven infertility centers in major Australian cities such as Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne. Cha Medical Group will directly manage the infertility centers owned by CFC, and will dispatch CHA’s medical staff and researchers to CFC to apply CHA’s advanced infertility technology and system.

November 2004 CHA Hollywood Presbyterian Medical Center (Los Angeles, U.S.)

CHA Hollywood Presbyterian Medical Center, acquired by CHA Health Systems in 2004, is the first general hospital in the U.S. owned and operated by a Korean company. It is an exemplary case of globalization for the Korean medical business. CHA Hollywood Presbyterian Medical Center is composed of seven buildings with a total surface area of 30,000-pyeong (356 Thousand Square feet), approximately 600 medical professionals and 1,500 employees.
